Refund policy

How long will the return process take?

Once your return request has been placed with Customer Service, it usually takes about 72 hrs. to have the product picked from your place and another 4 days to initiate refund subject to product inspection. In case you are sending the product back on your own, the delivery time would depend on your chosen courier. Once the item is received in our warehouse, it undergoes a Product Inspection which takes about 2 days. Typically the refunds are initiated within 2 days after product inspection. The receipt of the refund would depend on the mode of payment chosen by you.

Typically the refunds are initiated within 2 days of Product Inspection. Receipt of the refund would depend on the mode of payment chosen by you. For Debit Card and Credit Card transfers the time taken for refund depends finally on the bank. Though we would love to expedite the same, our hands are tied. Also, you can assume additional delay for nationalised banks. Expected timeline for refund: 5 – 7 Working/Business days. Under what conditions return/ replacement request will not be accepted?

  • Opened/used/altered products
  • Original packaging (mono cartons, labels, etc.) missing
  • The return/replacement request is generated after 7 days from the date of delivery
  • The damaged/missing product is reported after 2 days from the date of delivery


Orders can be delayed due to current lockdown and COVID Situation. Rest assured we are going to deliver your products at the earliest.

The standard ground mail service is shipped via DTDC. We try to dispatch all our orders within 24-48 hours on normal days. Please note that shipments are not sent out on Saturdays, Sundays, or any Holidays. We do not guarantee arrival dates or times and it is dependent on the courier partner and location.



Pre-ordered items are sold on a first come, first serve basis.

Delivery: We aim to ship pre-ordered products within 3 days of receiving the goods. We do our best to meet the estimated delivery date. In case of any issue, we will keep you informed on a regular basis. Standard delivery timelines will apply from the moment the pre-ordered product is shipped. Your order will be dispatched when all the items are in stock. If one of the pre-ordered items is in-stock, it would be kept aside and shipped together with the other items. We do not do partial shipments.


A prescribed percentage of amount to be paid while booking a product. The remaining amount should be paid once you place the order. The initial amount would be considered as Advance Payment in the Invoice. The final amount of the product would be as on the date of placing order i.e., discounts would be applicable as on the day of placing an order. The excess amount would be credited to your wallet, which will be accessible to you anytime. Wallet amount cannot be transferred to your bank account. It can be used only for purchase on our website. Eg: If the Advance Paid amount is 100, and on the day of order the Total Invoice Amount is 90, then the extra Rs.10 would be added to your wallet for future use.


No cancellations would be accepted for Pre-ordered products. Pre-ordered items are not eligible for refund or exchange.


Annual Subscription: By purchasing an annual subscription, you agree to an initial payment for one full year. After one year and annually thereafter you will be billed a recurring Annual Subscription renewal fee at the then-current Annual Subscription rate. We will notify you before the renewal fee is billed. You may cancel your annual subscription anytime before the next billing cycle.

Automatic Annual Renewal Terms: We bill your credit card for an Annual Subscription renewal fee in the first month of your next annual subscription. For Ex: If you have purchased an Annual Subscription beginning in November 2020 and ending in October 2021, we will bill for the second year (November 2021 to October 2022) in November 2021, unless you cancel your subscription before November 2021. You accept responsibility for all recurring charges prior to cancellation.
